Pain to Passion

Adversity changes us. It strengthens us and teaches us lessons we never would have learned otherwise. Struggle, failure, and adversity provide us with opportunities to pave new paths or venture down old ones, wiser and braver than we were before. We will explore appropriate vs. inappropriate conduct, strategies to dismantle risky situations through trauma-informed care, and create a plan for what community care will look like in your organization.
