Pain to Passion
Adversity changes us. It strengthens us and teaches us lessons we never would have learned otherwise. Struggle, failure, and adversity provide us with opportunities to pave new paths or venture down old ones, wiser and braver than we were before. Lexi’s story as a survivor of sexual abuse inspires diverse audiences to create second chances for themselves. To use their pain for passion, progress, and connection. And to free themselves from the self-blame, shame, and fear holding them back from greatness.
Bystander Intervention: A Community Care Approach to Workplace Sexual Violence
This workshop uses the principles of bystander intervention to create cooperative, compassionate workplaces where folks takes personal responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of others. We will explore appropriate vs. inappropriate conduct, strategies to dismantle risky situations through trauma-informed care, and create a plan for what community care will look like in your organization.
